The name is a nod to the manga Solo Leveling. However, "Solo Developing" doesn't mean working alone; it’s a commitment to constant progression. Like an infinite "level up," I treat every project as an opportunity to master every facet of a product—from technical architecture to marketing and business strategy. Success requires more than just code; it depends on understanding the market and collaborating effectively with internal teams. This holistic approach allows me to bridge communication gaps and maintain a high-level vision. I combine the efficiency of an autonomous builder with the collaborative spirit needed to bring our shared vision to life, friction-free.

With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, my core expertise lies in mobile-first full-stack development. However, my journey extends beyond code. Through my professional experience, I have honed Product Ownership skills to better align technology with business needs, while integrating AI automations to maximize efficiency. Currently, I am expanding my marketing knowledge to build the most complete skillset possible. My goal is to offer a holistic vision that bridges the gap between robust engineering and product growth. Today I publish my own apps through my company, Applications Ben Cool, build apps for clients — sometimes as a shareholder, as with Namewish — and volunteer on the mobile app of LocoMotion, a Québec non-profit for neighbourhood vehicle sharing.
